As the title says, I'm trying to reset my PC but the recovery option doesn't seem to be working. I go to the Reset this PC option in Update & Security, and press 'Get started' but all I see is the loading symbol next to my mouse for a second, and then nothing. I've tried resetting using Advanced startup, but that doesn't seem to work either.
